INHOMOGENEOUS STRUCTURE AND THIN LAYERS OF THE ENHANCED AURORA IN THE IONOSPHERE OF POLAR REGION

摘要: 磁层亚暴期间随着电子沉降到极区产生极光,一个磁层电场也投射到极区电离层,在电场会聚作用下形成不均匀离子薄层。本文解出稳态动力学平衡Es层,并把它和反常的极光增亮薄层联系起来,与观测结果比较。Abstract: During a subsorm in the magnetosphere,the aurora takes place with precipitating electrons into the polar region.At the same time a convective electric field is mapped from the magnetosphere into the ionospher of polar region.The inhomogenous thin layer of the ion convergence is produced by the action of the electric field.The Es-layer under the state of dynamic equilibrium and related it with the enhanced aurora layer is solved in this paper.In addition,the comparison between the results and the observation is also mode.
