杨晓峰 中国科学院空天信息创新研究院，研究员，博士生导师，遥感科学国家重点实验室副主任。主要从事海洋遥感机理与方法、海气相互作用过程、定量遥感业务化应用技术研究，承担过多项国家重大专项、重点研发计划、中科院、部委科研项目，在海洋表面微波散射特性、海气边界层动力过程模拟、海洋环境参量定量反演等方面取得多项成果；获省部级科技进步一等奖3项、二等奖1项；共发表学术论文130余篇，出版英文专著2部。现为IEEE遥感与地球科学分会执行委员兼专业学术会议主席（IEEE-GRSS AdCom Member & Specialty Symposia Chair）、中国空间科学学会副秘书长兼青年工作委员会主任委员及空间地球科学专委会秘书、中国遥感应用协会定量遥感专委会委员、国际数字地球学会中国国家委员会数字海洋专委会委员，担任《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》期刊副主编、《空间科学学报》和《遥感技术与应用》编委、中法海洋卫星中方科学团队成员。

Xiaofeng Yang, professor and deputy director of the State Key Laboratory of Remote Sensing Science, Aerospace Information Innovation Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on the mechanism and methods of ocean remote sensing, the process of sea-air interactions, and quantitative ocean remote sensing. He has published over 130 peer-reviewed papers and 2 English books. Currently, he is serving as the Specialty Symposia Chair of the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (IEEE-GRSS), Deputy Secretary-General and Chairman of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Space Research, Member of the Quantitative Remote Sensing Special Committee of the Chinese Association for Remote Sensing Applications, and Member of the Digital Oceans Committee of the Chinese National Committee of the International Society for Digital Earth. Dr. Yang is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing and an Editorial Board Member of the Chinese Journal of Space Science and Remote Sensing Technology and Applications.
