陈鸿飞，北京大学地球与空间科学学院教授。2001年于中国科学院地质与地球物理所获博士学位。研究兴趣：空间粒子探测、空间辐射及效应监测、空间辐射环境研究。负责中巴资源一号卫星04星和04A星（CBERS04、CBERS04A）的粒子监测器研制。负责两颗实验卫星的高能粒子辐射效应监测仪研制。

Prof. Hongfei CHEN, received his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001. His research interests include space particle detection, space radiation and effect monitoring, space radiation environment research. He is responsible for the development of particle monitors for the CBERS04 and CBERS04A satellites of China-Brazil Earth Resource Satellite (CBERS). He is also responsible for the development of high-energy particle radiation effect monitoring instruments, which carried on two experimental satellites.
