严发宝，山东大学低空科学与工程学院教授、博导，山东省智能电子封测与应用重点实验室主任。2008年本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学测控专业，2011年毕业于兵科院计算机专业，2016年博士毕业于中南大学物探专业。长期从事太阳射电仪器与关键技术研究，以第一或通信作者发表40余篇论文，授权国家发明专利20余项、软件著作权5项。曾获山东青年五四奖章、傅承义青年科技奖、刘光鼎地球物理青年科技奖、山东省优秀研究生导师等。

Fabao YAN, Professor of the School of Airspace Science and Engineering, Shandong University, and Director of the Shandong Key Laboratory of Intelligent Electronic Packaging Testing and Application. He received his bachelor’s degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2008 and his Ph.D. from Central South University in 2016. As first or corresponding author, he has published over 40 papers, been granted more than 20 national invention patents, and holds 5 software copyrights. His honors include the Shandong Youth May-Fourth Medal, the CGS Fu Chengyi Youth Science and Technology Award, and the Liu Guangding Geophysics Young Scientist Award.
